Client may receive 50% refund if they request the cancellation during the rough sketch phase
Client can not receive any refund if the process already entered the colouring phase
the whole progress of artwork would be processed 100% digital
if there is no special request, canvas size would be decided by us
illustration result would be send as a digital goods, high quality PNG, 300 dpi, through e-mail, google drive, or we transfer
Client must acknowledge and credits ganggukgangguk as the creator of the artwork
The result would be uploaded as portfolio with special commission watermark

additional fee for progress file sent in PNG or Procreate format would apply, if any
Client will receive the artwork without logo
ganggukgangguk may delay to upload the artwork, with the special commission watermark on our social media and portfolio pages by request

Client may use the final artwork for commercial merchandise or prints
besides the legal contract, Indonesian Law shall apply to this commission
